Catching Up

Carson loves to mow the lawn these days. It is sad that the snow will be coming soon because he loves to use his "mower" and follow dad around.

We celebrated Amy's birthday. The kids, as always, are focused on the cake.

The big gift this year for Amy was tickets to the Brad Paisley concert. We absolutely loved the concert. Our family is a fan of Brad Paisley. His songs are great and we like to think we relate to some of his songs from the time we were dating to now. We went to our first Paisley concert at the Kentucky state fair and had a great time, so it was good to see another show.

We also got to hang out and catch up with the Guderians. Megan is a long time friend from the good old BYU days. They were in town for some family activities and her sister entered the BYU Hall of Fame (Maren Hendersont, who I think is the best soccer player in BYU history). This is us at the BYU campus just before the BYU football game. So, Cameron considers this an "unofficial BYU campus recruiting visit for Amara and Carson".

...and the coaching staffs for the various sports should be excited that it appears Amara and Carson are both enjoying their unofficial BYU campus recruiting visit.
