Halloween 2010

Carving pumpkins just before Halloween.
Amara insisted on wearing the same princess dress as last year, but decided to be more a more specific "Sleeping Beauty" this year instead of the standard "princess". Carson was a giraffe but did not enjoy wearing his "hood". It rained during the hours of 5pm and 7pm this year so we did not hit as many houses as we planned. We all came back wet because we used our umbrellas to cover the kids but they were so excited they would run ahead and got wet. The upside to the rain was each house let the kids take more than one so we thought it was a great deal getting the same amount of candy visiting half the houses.

Ah, the anticipation of trick-or-treating.
